Cards, tags & keyfobs

Used to authenticate oneself at an access controlled door by swiping the card or waving the tag or fob  in close proximity to the reader: where radio frequencies are used when a card or tag is presented close by; b) card swipe: usually a magnetic card which once swiped through the reader reads data pertaining to the visitor.
